Kristen Cooley, MPH, MS, PA-C

Kristen Cooley is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) specializing in rheumatology. She was born and raised in Texas before moving to Southborough, Massachusetts, when she was 12 years old.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, with a minor in psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. During her time in Boston, she worked as a medical assistant in Orthopedics and as a Physical Therapy Aide.

Kristen completed a dual Master’s degree in Public Health, with a focus on Maternal and Child Health, and in Physician Assistant studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. While in PA school, she served as the Tolton Society Community Service co-chair. She is a current member of the American College of Rheumatology and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Her passion for rheumatology stems from her desire to make a difference in patients’ lives through the management of chronic and complex conditions. In her free time, she enjoys trying out different arts and crafts, reading, spending time with her friends and family, and hanging out with her cat, Archie.

Kristen works with Dr. Guada Respicio Duque, seeing patients at the Rockville location.
