Madison Clinton, MS, PA-C

Madison Clinton is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) specializing in rheumatology. She lived in Texas for most of her life before moving to Maryland in 2023.

Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Rice University in Houston, TX. At Rice, she was part of the campus Emergency Medical Services as an advanced EMT. After graduating from Rice, she worked as a medical assistant at an Ear, Nose, and Throat office in Houston.

Madison then completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at the Yale Physician Associate Program in New Haven, CT. Afterwards, she moved to Maryland in hopes of finding weather that would be warmer than Connecticut and colder than Texas. Upon moving to Maryland, she initially worked as a physician assistant at an allergy and immunology office before starting at ARA. During her three years in allergy and immunology, she fostered long-term relationships with patients and enjoyed diagnosing and treating their chronic conditions. She also became familiar with biologic therapies and their benefits, an experience that she now applies in her work in rheumatology. 

Madison is a current member of the American College of Rheumatology and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts, trying new coffee beverages, listening to crime podcasts, and entertaining her cats, Mochi and Bao. Madison also speaks conversational Spanish.

Madison sees patients with Dr. Kumar at ARA’s Rockville 5 and White Oak locations.
