Kiley Golden, MS, PA-C

Kiley Golden is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) specializing in rheumatology. She was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, but relocated to Maryland in 2013 with her family.

She attended the University of Maryland (UMD), College Park for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in Public Health Science. While at UMD, Kiley competed on the women’s rowing team, was an anatomy and physiology teaching assistant, and worked part-time as a medical scribe at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center Emergency Department. Her work alongside PAs in the ER was what sparked her desire to pursue PA school. Kiley also had a chance to volunteer with several organizations in college, such as Camp Kesem, a kid’s summer camp for families of cancer patients, and traveled to El Progreso, Honduras, to aid in the construction of a schoolhouse.

Kiley attended Physician Assistant school at Towson University, where she was appointed as one of her program’s Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistant inductees.

Her passion for rheumatology stems from a close family member’s diagnosis of a rheumatologic condition at a young age. She has experienced firsthand the value that comprehensive rheumatologic care can have on a patient’s quality of life. In her free time, Kiley loves to read, spend time with her family and their 5 dogs, attend workout classes, and try new restaurants.

Kiley will work alongside Dr. Angus Worthing at ARA’s Chevy Chase and Washington, D.C. clinics.
